Join instructor Stephanie Schroeder for a free community yoga class! Bring your mat and open mind, appropriate for all levels and ages (children must be accompanied by an adult).
Don’t have a mat? No problem! One will be provided for you! Advanced registration is required; limited spaces are available.
Class dates are Wednesdays, April 20, April 27, May 4, May 11, May 18 & May 25 at 6:30 pm-7:30 pm at Castleton UMC in the Fellowship Hall. (Enter the door to the right of the Sanctuary)
