Join instructor Stephanie Schroeder for a free community yoga class! Bring your mat and open mind, appropriate for all levels and ages (children must be accompanied by an adult). Don’t have a mat? No problem! One will be provided for you!
Advanced registration is required; spots are limited. Classes will take place on the following Wednesdays:
March 9, 16, 23, 30
April 6 and 13
Classes will be held at Lake Castleton Apartments at 7827 Carlton Arms Drive in the community room on the second floor.
